    推荐美食

    上周末去菜市场，看到又黑又大的荸荠，想起很多年前小时候吃过，久违了，哈哈尝个鲜儿，买了十几个回家吃。
    完全想不起来怎么吃的。卖菜大妈说生吃也可以，可是拿在手里看看，绛红色的皮外面还一圈一圈的围着毛毛草裙，一头像发了芽一样冒着两三个小尖尖，另一头像肚脐眼儿一样凹进去，用手指摸摸，都是湿漉漉的泥巴土，算了，还是洗洗干净，照俺家男人说的煮了吃吧。
    买它们没花多少钞票，怎么一洗才发现，哗哗的水费也比那几个小东西可能要贵去不少，真是作孽。呜呜啦啦用了好几盆子水，才算貌似冲不出什么泥巴了。下锅煮吧，一会儿就好了，关火打开，好嘛！绛红色的、半透明的水，上面漂着草裙毛毛，下面趁着细沙土沫。把那十几个东西弄出来，和男人面对面坐下尝鲜。
    呵-呵-呵-，的确是好吃！甜丝丝的，水汪汪的，一口一个饱，嘎本儿脆！
    先咬成两半，然后吧肚脐咬掉，这个地方经常会有泥巴，深刻的蜷缩在里面，所以一定要坚决、彻底，咬掉！然后用两颗看门的牙，从肚脐的一头向另外一头纵向把皮嗑掉，一口放进嘴巴里吧。咀嚼……怎么样，好吃吧？！

    作孽啊，吃成这样也难为你们了。
    肚脐那里，用刷子洗；去皮，用小刀，最方便，虽然我们小时候都是直接用指甲。都是很简单的事情。
    我的标准程序：
    洗净
    拇指顺草裙刮几圈，除去裙摆
    拇指一扣，挖去肚脐
    拇指一扣，挖去嫩芽——这个时候已经是很干净的外观了，可以直接用牙齿啃，也可以用指甲挖，都很容易
    生吃口感最好
