    上周末去菜市场,看到又黑又大的荸荠,想起很多年前小时候吃过,久违了,哈哈尝个鲜儿,买了十几个回家吃。
    完全想不起来怎么吃的。卖菜大妈说生吃也可以,可是拿在手里看看,绛红色的皮外面还一圈一圈的围着毛毛草裙,一头像发了芽一样冒着两三个小尖尖,另一头像肚脐眼儿一样凹进去,用手指摸摸,都是湿漉漉的泥巴土,算了,还是洗洗干净,照俺家男人说的煮了吃吧。
    买它们没花多少钞票,怎么一洗才发现,哗哗的水费也比那几个小东西可能要贵去不少,真是作孽。呜呜啦啦用了好几盆子水,才算貌似冲不出什么泥巴了。下锅煮吧,一会儿就好了,关火打开,好嘛!绛红色的、半透明的水,上面漂着草裙毛毛,下面趁着细沙土沫。把那十几个东西弄出来,和男人面对面坐下尝鲜。
    呵-呵-呵-,的确是好吃!甜丝丝的,水汪汪的,一口一个饱,嘎本儿脆!
    先咬成两半,然后吧肚脐咬掉,这个地方经常会有泥巴,深刻的蜷缩在里面,所以一定要坚决、彻底,咬掉!然后用两颗看门的牙,从肚脐的一头向另外一头纵向把皮嗑掉,一口放进嘴巴里吧。咀嚼……怎么样,好吃吧?!

    肚脐那里,用刷子洗;去皮,用小刀,最方便,虽然我们小时候都是直接用指甲。都是很简单的事情。
    我的标准程序:
    洗净
    拇指顺草裙刮几圈,除去裙摆
    拇指一扣,挖去肚脐
    拇指一扣,挖去嫩芽——这个时候已经是很干净的外观了,可以直接用牙齿啃,也可以用指甲挖,都很容易
    生吃口感最好
